Print Sunny File Upload Content Guidelines Customer Agreement

By uploading your file to the Print Sunny website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the quality, content guidelines, intellectual property rights, and indemnification of the uploaded content:

1. Quality Responsibility: The buyer uploading the file is solely responsible for the quality, resolution, and format of the content contained within the uploaded file. The uploaded file should be in high resolution with a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch), PNG file and have a transparent background. 3HM Custom Prints does not assume any responsibility for verifying or guaranteeing the quality or content of the uploaded files. 3HM Custom Prints does not offer refunds for low-quality designs that do not meet our specified quality and resolution standards

2. Intellectual Property Rights: By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use and reproduce any intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, text, or any other materials contained within the file. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of such intellectual property complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

3. Content Guidelines: 3HM Custom Prints (Print Sunny) will not print designs when we are reasonably confident that they:

• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Encourage violence or abuse against groups or individuals, including through dehumanization, with potential exceptions for authorized US military activities.
• Constitute or include “hate speech,” i.e., abusive, threatening, or demeaning words, symbols, or images on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, national origin, or sexual orientation.
• Encourage hatred or harassment of private individuals (as opposed to public figures), regardless of the reason.
• Threaten or encourage physical harassment of public figures or their families or depict them in a discriminatory manner.
• Promote, feature, or encourage the use of hard drugs.
• Include sexually suggestive images or text involving children.
• Encourage animal abuse or cruelty, as typically defined by law.
• Exhibit gross insensitivity to individuals or communities in grief or mourning.

4. Universal Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3HM Custom Prints, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to the uploaded file, its quality, content, or the infringement of intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademark or copyright infringement. This indemnification clause applies universally and is not limited to any specific geographic area.
